PAPERS AND PRESENTATIONS
Submission themes
We invite papers and presentations on research and practice related to the challenge of creating and supporting thriving neighbourhoods and communities. Work to be presented may be related to the areas represented in the diagram below, on: the challenges; the processes of change and development; the specifics of place; the measurement of outcomes.
Submission and selection process
1. Abstracts should have a maximum of 400 words, must be in English and will be accepted only through the conference website
2. All submissions will be reviewed by the TN 2012 Program Committee. Presentations will be selected on the basis of originality and fresh
approach to any of the points in the diagram, thus creating a groundbreaking, authoritative conference program.
3. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
4. All accepted papers and presentations must be presented at the Conference by one of the submitting authors.
5. Authors wishing to have their papers peer-reviewed must indicate this preference when submitting abstracts. The International Academic Review Committee is chaired by Prof Chris Ryan of the University of Melbourne. All accepted refereed papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

28 May 2012: Abstracts acceptance notice
